Quick and easy peanut butter cookies

Sometimes all you need is something quick and tasty to get you through the day.
If this is that time for you, then look no further; I have just the thing for you! And you can eat them completely guilt free, because they can be made without adding any sugar or flour.

You can top them with whatever you like or just eat them plain.
I put protein chocolate spread on mine.

  • 100 grams of peanutbutter
  • 100 grams of salted peanuts
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 50 ml honey OR sweetener equivalent of 50 grams of sugar. I use Sukrin Gold.
  • 1/2 cup of oats
Set your oven to 175C/350F.
Throw everything in a bowl and mix with a fork until the peanut butter has mixed well with the rest of the ingredients. You can chop the peanuts if you'd like, but I couldn't be bothered. The less you have to do to get these babies in the oven, the better.
Drop spoonfuls onto a lined or greased baking tray. The batter will be a bit runny, so don't place to close together.
Bake for about 10-15 min. They should have a nice golden color.

Let cool (if you can) and enjoy!
